This takes hardly anytime at all to make, so if you are in a rush for a high protein, lean meal….. go for this.
Chili rubbed steak salad
3 oz lean sirloin (I use lean stew meat, it’s already cut up in little pieces, the fat is trimmed and it’s cheaper!)
1/4 tsp chilli powder
2 cups shredded red cabbage (amazing crunch)
1/4 medium avocado
2 tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette
Season sirloin with chili powder and if desired, sea salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat medium sized skillet on medium high heat.
Add sirloin, cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until cooked through.
Top cabbage with meat and avocado, drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and lime.

Repeat 3 times, takes about 25 minutes.
I love this stair workout I got from a fellow coach…… who lives in California. She does this stair climb outside at a college. So lucky! I live in Missouri, so winters are not the best for outdoor workouts. So inside it is! Most of my workouts are easy to do at home, normally, no equipment needed 🙂
