Good morning! Start your day off right with this giant bowl of goodies. Can be made with all different kinds of fruit…. blueberries, strawberries, peaches, mangos….. whatever you like!
- 3/4 cup minute oatmeal or steel cut oatmeal (I read the nutrition labels on each and find no differences, can someone please tell me why steel cut is so much “better”?)
- Touch of brown sugar
- Skim, soy or almond milk (add to your desired texture)
Easy peasy….. p.s. 3/4 cup of oatmeal is A LOT of oatmeal, this will keep you full feeling for awhile!
