Healthy oatmeal doesn’t have to be bland!

Good morning! Start your day off right with this giant bowl of goodies. Can be made with all different kinds of fruit…. blueberries, strawberries, peaches, mangos….. whatever you like!

  • 3/4 cup minute oatmeal or steel cut oatmeal (I read the nutrition labels on each and find no differences, can someone please tell me why steel cut is so much “better”?)
  • Cinnamon
  • Touch of brown sugar
  • Skim, soy or almond milk (add to your desired texture)
  • Walnuts
  • Blueberries

Easy peasy….. p.s. 3/4 cup of oatmeal is A LOT of oatmeal, this will keep you full feeling for awhile!
