Healthy Garlic Parmesan Turkey Meatballs

HEY EVERYONE! It’s a clearly known fact that I love Pinterest. I’m addicted and spend the majority of my researching skills on this one site. SO when I got into a food rut, I knew where to turn.

I’M SO TIRED OF EATING PLAIN JANE CHICKEN!

I had bought ground turkey when it was 50% off and brought it home to freeze, so I have a lot of turkey LOL.

NEXT WEEK…… “I’M SO TIRED OF EATING GROUND TURKEY” haha

Here’s a super easy recipe I found on Pinterest from The Gracious Pantry. Check out the site, it’s actually really informative!

Here’s how mine turned out. SO YUMMY. SO EASY TO MAKE. 5 INGREDIENTS.

Garlic Parm Turkey Meatballs. Super easy to make.

Garlic Parm Turkey Meatballs. Super easy to make.

I used a pound of ground turkey and only 4 cloves of freshly chopped garlic. That’s the only adjustments I made. I served salad on the side.

Get that bikini bottom ready with this workout.

I was lucky enough to go to California last weekend for AMAZING Herbalife leadership training. If you have ever thought about becoming a coach, getting the discount, and/or making extra money, email me! Terranelson11@Hotmail.com or click here https://www.goherbalife.com/terranelson/en-US
I’m so excited to build and educate my team with all the new information I have.

While in California, we went over to Laguna Beach to have girls day. Well, Delfina and I never stop thinking about health and fitness AND it was too beautiful of a location not to do a little beach workout. This without is easy enough to do at home, at the gym, in your backyard or on the beach.

“Nothing changes, if nothing changes.” What’s everyone’s thoughts on this saying?

Today I saw someone write ” I see so many people wishing and hoping for change, yet their actions speak otherwise. They blame their life circumstances on everyone else but themselves”

THIS is so true in many aspects of life, not just fitness and health. The very overall well being of a person’s life is so important, that we like to blame others for when it doesn’t go right, or we have found our path to be bumpy and ill paved. But whose to say that you can’t CHANGE that path!? Pave your own beautiful mess of a way!

Are you wishing and hoping for a change? Change it! Today’s the day. Seize every bit of it.

If you are looking for a change in your body shape, lifestyle, confidence and/or general well being…. contact me today! Let’s get it started for you.
