Today I saw someone write ” I see so many people wishing and hoping for change, yet their actions speak otherwise. They blame their life circumstances on everyone else but themselves”

THIS is so true in many aspects of life, not just fitness and health. The very overall well being of a person’s life is so important, that we like to blame others for when it doesn’t go right, or we have found our path to be bumpy and ill paved. But whose to say that you can’t CHANGE that path!? Pave your own beautiful mess of a way!
