20 Minute Arms & Abs

This one works great with a Dumbbell,  Kettlebell, free weight or even a sack of sugar if that’s what you’ve got!! It’s combination of weights and cardio will help you burn fat and gain lean muscle!!

Do each excercise for 1 minute.
In between each move, do a mix of squats and jumping jacks for one minute. (See below for details)

Rest and Repeat once!! There’s a 20 minute workout!!! 🙂

1 minute woodchop
1 minute jumping jacks
1 minute overhead side bend
1 minute squats (count them, see how many you can properly perform in one minute, record this number and challenge yourself to do more next time)
1 minute Russian twists
1 minute jumping jacks
1 minute overhead circles
1 minute squats
1 minute Beetles
1 minute jumping jacks

Repeat 1X

Great ab moves & Omar Gonzalez ;)

Three great moves to add to your routine. These ab excercises are simple, yet really lift the booty and shrink love handles.

1. Funky dance. (While standing, lift your knee up to your elbow. Really tighten your core as you move. Repeat other side for one rep.)
2. Bridge. (While laying flat, knees bent, pull glutes and abdominal muscles up, hold for 3-5 seconds, bring back down, that’s one rep)
3. Knee swings. (While laying, get into crunch position and bring both knees to one side while bringing the opposite elbow to that knee, that’s one rep)

Do each move 20 times for 3 sets. 🙂

This one is so yummy. You can make it in single serving, serving for 2 or a pie for the whole family….

(or a whole pie for 1 if you are having a rough week, we’ve all been there).

 

HAHA did anyone else notice it looks like I’m taking some hidden aggression out on mixing that water?! LOL

 

Single Serving 

1 Scoop Formula 1 Herbalife Meal replacement shake of your choice.

.5 Scoop of Herbalife Protein Drink Mix (Vanilla or Chocolate)

.5 Scoop Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix

2 Scoops water

Mix all ingredients together

Pour into pre-made Graham Cracker Crust (mini size)

Chill for 1 hour

Dessert for 2

2 Scoops Formula 1 Herbalife Meal replacement shake of your choice.

1 Scoop of Herbalife Protein Drink Mix (Vanilla or Chocolate)

1 Scoop Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix

4 Scoops water

Mix all ingredients together

Pour into pre-made Graham Cracker Crust (mini size)

Chill for 1 hour

For the Family

1 cup Formula 1 Herbalife Meal replacement shake of your choice.

1/2 cup of Herbalife Protein Drink Mix (Vanilla or Chocolate)

1/2 cup Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix

2 cups water

Mix all ingredients together

Pour into pre-made Graham Cracker Crust (Full Size)

Chill for 1 hour
